Introduction
News (October 2009) - Butterflies Fly is back in stock. Although out of print in Australia we have procured limited stock of both the hardcover and paperback editions from Charlesbridge, the American publisher. Please note that from this series our once enormous stock of Spiders Spin Webs is beginning to run low and we only have a few copies of Frogs Sing Songs left. We still have a good supply of Wild Cats Prowl. About the author Yvonne Winer is an award winning children's author, early childhood educator, academic and consultant. Yvonne's first early childhood book 'Finger plays and action rhymes' was published in 1970. Another twenty five books have followed, some written for children and others for educators. A number of the books including 'Mr Brown's Magnificent Apple Tree' and 'Never Snap at a Bubble' have had twenty year print runs. Sadly, 'Mr Brown' is no longer in print and unavailable on this site although his story has made a re-appearance as a puppet play in 2006's 'Dance Shaba Dance'. Postage & Handling
Winer Creative endeavors to ship all orders within two working days. Orders will take about five working days to be delivered by Australia Post within Australia. International postage may take up to 21 days, although customers in the United States and United Kingdom have reported delivery between 7 and 14 days. Books are shipped from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. A flat $9 postage fee applies for orders under $150, and $18 for orders over $150 - this will be added at the checkout. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Prices and Tax
Australian buyers; from October 2009 Winer Creative will no longer be GST registered and GST will no longer be collected, nor can it be claimed from purchases from this store. Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal. Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal. At no time does Winer Creative see or handle your credit card details.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Winer Creative will refund or exchange books, provided they are in re-saleable condition and were purchased from Winer Creative within a reasonable timeframe (30 days within Australia, 45 days for international sales). The cost of returning any product to Winer Creative is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return postage costs. Postage is not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange. Please contact Winer Creative before you return goods or if you have a return query.
